About Manarat Living
Manarat Living was the first development in Aldar’s design-led urban collection, launched in February 2023 in Saadiyat Cultural District, a stone’s throw from Manarat Al Saadiyat.
It has 273 homes with an art studio, yoga areas and a zen garden, within walking distance of Mamsha Al Saadiyat, Soul Beach, five museums and Cranleigh school. Handovers were planned from Q1 2026.
