Mayar is one of six districts in Maysan, Modon’s gated community on Al Reem Island. Modon calls it Abu Dhabi’s first maisonettes, set around a 300-metre park with pocket parks and a clubhouse.

The fact sheet lists three-bedroom lateral maisonettes of about 243 sq.m and four-bedroom duplex maisonettes of about 245 sq.m. Payment options were 40/60, 80/20 with a 1% ADM fee waiver, or 100% upfront with a 2% ADM waiver. Handover is December 2027.
