About Rashid Yachts & Marina

Rashid Yachts & Marina is Emaar's waterfront community at Mina Rashid, the historic port beside the Queen Elizabeth 2. Google Maps places it in Madinat Dubai Al Melaheyah, Port Rashid.

Emaar has launched a long series of buildings here since 2019, from Seagate and Sirdhana to Sera, Fior and Baystar by Vida. A few are still selling; most earlier releases are sold out.
