Al Reef 2 is Manazel Real Estate’s villa community in Al Samha, on the Abu Dhabi–Dubai highway near Khalifa Port and KIZAD, with easy access to Dubai. It has 860 duplex villas in four neighbourhoods around a central hub.
Manazel planned schools for about 1,500 students, clinics, public parks and a shared retail area of around 30 shops.
