About Reeman Living
Reeman Living is the second project in Aldar’s design-led urban collection, after Manarat Living on Saadiyat Island. It brings 1,050 homes to Al Shamkha, with 630 released in the first phase across five low-rise buildings.
It is in an investment area open to all nationalities. Prices started from AED 365,000 at launch, and handovers were planned from Q3 2026.
