Bay Grove Residences is a waterfront community on Dubai Islands with landscaped communal areas, walking and cycling routes and access to Crystal Beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame city and sea views.

In September 2026 Nakheel announced the community had sold out and awarded the main construction contract (more than AED 800 million, Metac General Contracting) for Phases 1 and 3: 537 homes across seven buildings, with main works expected to finish in late 2028.
