About Haven by Aldar
Haven by Aldar is Aldar’s first residential community in Dubai, the first of three built in a joint venture with Dubai Holding. Aldar launched 468 homes, then released 318 more on launch day as demand grew.
In total it sold 786 villas and townhouses, generating more than AED 3.1 billion. Handovers of the first phase were planned for Q3 2027. All homes are now sold from the developer.
