District One West is a villa community in District One, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, beside the Crystal Lagoon, which Nakheel describes as the world’s largest man-made crystal lagoon. Residents can swim, kayak and relax at the lagoon, with private beach access, parks and green spaces.
Nakheel’s marketing packs cover four, five, six and seven-bedroom villas. The community is being built in two phases: Nakheel reports Phase 1 at 83.37% and Phase 2 at 34.49% (internal inspection, 11 June 2026). Schools, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a mosque are planned within the community. Nakheel does not publish live availability or prices, so we confirm with Nakheel before you commit.
