Gardenia Bay is Aldar’s waterfront community opposite Yas Park, planned for 2,434 homes: studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The first phase of 210 homes went on sale on 8 September 2023.

Aldar sold out three buildings of the first phase within 24 hours and released more homes. Construction of phase one was due to start in Q1 2024, with handovers expected in Q2 2027.
