About Seamont Autograph Collection Residences
Seamont is a joint venture of Royal Development Holding and SAAS Properties with Marriott’s Autograph Collection, on the canal-front of Shams, Al Reem Island. The developers describe it as Abu Dhabi’s first Autograph Collection branded residences, with views of the Arabian Gulf and Saadiyat Island.
The 497 homes include one- to three-bedroom apartments, three- and four-bedroom duplexes, four-bedroom townhouses and signature penthouses. Phase 1 sold out and the developers then released Phase 2, a limited collection of 216 residences. Handover is planned for Q4 2028. The developer does not publish live availability, so we check with them before you commit.
