Aldar launched Saadiyat Lagoons in November 2022 on the east side of Saadiyat Island, surrounded by mangroves and overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The first phase released 207 four-, five- and six-bedroom villas, exclusively for UAE nationals at launch.
