DAMAC Hills, originally called Akoya by DAMAC, is a 42 million sq ft DAMAC Properties master community of villas and low-rise apartments. DAMAC renamed it DAMAC Hills as residents began moving in.
At its centre is the Trump International Golf Club Dubai, an 18-hole course designed by Gil Hanse. The community sits in Dubailand, near Dubai Studio City and Arabian Ranches.
