Bay Estate is a gated, landscape-led coastal estate on Dubai Islands, launched by Nakheel on 5 October 2026. It has three collections: Cala, centred on secluded lagoon living; Verda, with green spaces and family homes; and Agora, a more social, connected neighbourhood.

The masterplan covers 653,709 square metres with 2.4 km of beachfront, 6.5 km of waterfront and swimmable lagoons, planned for more than 12,000 residents.
