Usman grew up in a family with deep ties to Abu Dhabi. Usman, after studying MBA – Sales & Marketing, came to Abu Dhabi with a dream of contributing to the emirate’s evolution.
The city was at a tipping point in the mid-2000s. Government initiatives like Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 aimed to diversify the economy beyond oil, and part of that vision was creating a world-class real estate market. As foreign investment opened up and projects like Al Raha Beach, Saadiyat Island, Al Reem Island, and Yas Island were announced, Usman saw a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a real estate firm that could serve both local families and international investors.
In 2010, iRealtor Real Estate was launched from a modest office in the. Usman’s idea was simple: create a real estate company rooted in Abu Dhabi’s heritage, but with a forward-thinking approach that could stand toe-to-toe with global firms. He focused on a customer-first philosophy, something that was still lacking in much of the market at the time. His firm would emphasize transparency, personalized service, and deep knowledge of both the local market and global trends.
With Usman at the helm, iRealtor Real Estate quickly gained a reputation for its attention to detail and its understanding of Abu Dhabi’s unique real estate landscape. Rather than simply acting as brokers, Usman’s team became trusted advisors, guiding clients through complex real estate decisions.
