About Yas Riva Residences

Aldar launched Yas Riva Residences in November 2025: a waterfront community along Yas Island’s canal on the northern coast, next to the sold-out Yas Riva villa community. It has 950 apartments in six mid-rise buildings, from studios to three bedrooms.

Every apartment has a private balcony with canal, sea or island views. The community is designed to meet Estidama Pearl 3 and Fitwel 2, with shaded walkways and landscaped green spaces, and sales opened to all nationalities on 5 December 2025.
