Al Ghadeer Gardens is Aldar’s family community of townhouses and villas in Al Ghadeer, on the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border. All 437 homes in phase one sold out at launch in May 2026, generating more than AED 1 billion.
Aldar then brought forward a second phase. The masterplan is walkable and nature-led, with more than 30,000 sq m of landscaped open space, wellness amenities, a central community hub and Al Ghadeer British School, opening for the 2030 academic year with room for over 2,800 students.
