Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 18 and 19 is the first hotel-branded residential project in Masdar City: two buildings with Emirati-style, fully furnished homes, branded and serviced by Bab Al Qasr Hotel. The 240,000 sq.ft plot is 60% landscape, with sandy beach pools, a 600 m bicycle track and a community garden.
Residence 19 has 295 units and Residence 18 has 188. Homes are furnished with brands such as Roca, Siemens, Carrier, Samsung and The One, and residents get seven years of Yas Beach Club access. Burtville gives handover as Q3 2028 and a service charge of AED 16–18 per sq.ft including Bab Al Qasr services. The developer does not publish live availability, so we check with them before you commit.
