Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi is the first Nobu branded residence in the Middle East, located at Mamsha Al Saadiyat near Saadiyat Grove and Saadiyat Cultural District. It includes 88 apartments alongside a 125-key hotel, a Nobu restaurant and a rooftop bar.
In March 2024 Aldar sold a three-bedroom penthouse here for AED 137 million, a record for an apartment in Abu Dhabi. Only a few homes are listed now.
