About The Canopies at Yas Point
The Canopies is the first residential community at Yas Point, Aldar’s AED 6 billion waterfront destination on Yas Island’s northern shore. It has 592 apartments in six mid-rise buildings, from studios to three bedrooms.
Residents will be within walking distance of a 700-metre waterfront promenade and the first beach on the north side of the island. Aldar generated AED 1.5 billion at launch in July 2026 and plans to release more Yas Point homes in the second half of 2026.
