Aldar launched the first phase of Yas Park Place on 14 April 2026: six mid-rise buildings overlooking Yas Central Park, on the northern side of Yas Island, near the upcoming Disney Abu Dhabi and Yas Acres Golf & Country Club.

Homes are studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplexes, around a podium garden inspired by desert oases. Aldar sold 80% of the four buildings released in phase one, generating over AED 800 million, with two more buildings to follow in phase two.
