About Yas Riva

Aldar launched Yas Riva in September 2024: an exclusive community of 151 four-, five- and six-bedroom villas on the northern shores of Yas Island, one of the few residential developments in Abu Dhabi with direct canal access.

Each canal-front villa has a private dock for exploring the waterways by boat. Homes come in two exterior designs with interiors by 1058 London, and residents get a waterside wellness centre with a spa, gym, pools and a sunken firepit. It is now under construction.
