On the northern shore of Jumeira Bay Island, Meraas and Bulgari have planned a collection of just seven homes set over the waters of the Arabian Sea. The 5-bedroom mansions were designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, drawing on Mediterranean roots and the Bulgari style, with glazed terracotta roofs that create an interplay of light and shade.
Interiors balance openness and privacy, with grand entrances, full-height windows and a stairway linking the living spaces to wooden balconies and an infinity pool finished in Italian mosaic. The master suite sits in a corner of each mansion, with a wrap-around balcony facing the sea and the Dubai skyline. Rooms include wooden flooring, custom closets and stone and porcelain finishes.
