Nourelle is the latest addition to Madinat Jumeirah Living: three contemporary residential buildings connected by a skybridge and set within the community's landscape. It offers 1- to 4-bedroom apartments planned to maximise light, space and perspective, with homes overlooking either the Burj Al Arab or the city skyline.
The skybridge holds an infinity pool, sky gardens, a modern gym and yoga spaces. Façades use clean lines, bold geometry and cut-outs softened with greenery, while interiors pair bespoke materials with modern layouts, from the lobbies and lounges to the apartments. The groundworks contract has been awarded to International Foundation Group (L.L.C), covering site preparation, shoring and piling.
