Mina Al Arab as the developer presents it in its own brochure.
Mina Al Arab is a Ras Al Khaimah island community that RAK Properties presents as Mina. This guide uses only the Mina brochure (file MINA_BROCHURE.pdf), read on 30 October 2026.
RAK Properties describes Mina as nestled amidst two million square metres of protected mangroves, 18 kilometres of coastline and five kilometres of beaches, with a five-minute walk to the water from anywhere on the island.
The brochure places Ras Al Khaimah in the north of the UAE, a short drive from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with mountains, beaches and desert.
The brochure describes Hayat Island as home to hotels, beach clubs, waterfront residences and villas with private berths. Raha Island is set to host two hotel resorts and a Yacht Club and Marina, centred around Mina Wharf.
The brochure lists flamingos and over 60 other species of birds, and says Hawksbill turtle hatchlings are protected by conservation efforts along the shore. It mentions quiet electric cars and water taxis as ways to move around, and says each community has pools, gyms, clubhouses, wellness centres, and running and cycle tracks.
RAK Properties says it has been developing in Ras Al Khaimah since 2005, with residential, commercial and hospitality projects. The brochure gives no prices or unit types, so ask the expert for current prices and what is available.
