W Residences brings the W Hotels lifestyle to Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi’s financial district. The 37-storey tower is a short walk from The Galleria, Abu Dhabi Global Market and Cleveland Clinic, with the waterfront on the other side. Every home has panoramic views and en-suite bedrooms, and the top floors have only four homes each.

Taraf’s fact sheet lists one-bedroom homes of 909–924 sq.ft, two-bedroom homes of about 1,400 sq.ft, three-bedroom homes of 1,779–2,323 sq.ft, four-bedroom homes of 2,696 sq.ft and four-bedroom duplexes of 3,726–4,291 sq.ft, plus a penthouse with a private pool. Payment is 50/50 or 30/70, with handover scheduled for Q4 2027. Owners join Marriott Bonvoy with W owner privileges. The developer does not publish live availability, so we check with them before you commit.
