About Beach Collection Villas
The Beach Collection is Nakheel’s range of beachfront villas on the fronds of Palm Jebel Ali, each with direct beach access and views of the Arabian Gulf. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a soft neutral palette and luxury finishes run through the homes, on wide, tree-shaded frond streets.
Nakheel lists five and six-bedroom villas of about 7,500 to 8,500 sq.ft. In August 2026 Nakheel released a limited collection of 44 beachfront villas from the Beach and Coral Collections on Frond F, which it called one of the final opportunities to buy a new beachfront villa on the fronds. Nakheel says the first villa handovers start later in 2026, in phases. Nakheel does not publish live availability or prices, so we confirm with Nakheel before you commit.
