Emaar unveiled Grand Polo Club & Resort on 23 April 2025 as a collection of luxury villa communities with polo and equestrian heritage at its core. The polo fields and stables cover 340,000 sq m combined.
Homes are 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom villas. Emaar places it next to its other masterplans, The Oasis and The Heights Country Club & Wellness, a few minutes' drive from Emaar South, with Dubai Marina and Downtown further away.
