About DAMAC Islands
DAMAC Properties launched DAMAC Islands in November 2024 as its largest master community that year and the sixth in its master-development portfolio. It sits in the heart of Dubailand.
The theme is tropical island living, with clusters named after island destinations: Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Bali and Fiji. Homes are luxury villas and townhouses.

Buying in DAMAC Islands
- Launch prices (Nov 2024): townhouses from AED 2.25M for 4 bedrooms and AED 3.1M for 5 bedrooms; villas from AED 6.3M for 6 bedrooms and AED 18.5M for 7 bedrooms (DAMAC). Ask us for today's prices and phases.
- Foreign buyers can own freehold in Dubai's designated freehold areas. We confirm every unit's title and status with the Dubai Land Department before you pay anything.
- Budget for the one-off 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee. It is a purchase cost, not a yearly tax.
- Homes worth AED 2 million or more can qualify for the UAE 10-year Golden Visa, off-plan included. The authorities make the final decision.
Renting in DAMAC Islands
- An off-plan community: ask us about handover timing before planning to rent.
- Every Dubai lease is registered on Ejari.
- Rent increases at renewal follow the RERA rental index, so check the official calculator before you agree a new rent.
