About Dubai Marina
Dubai Marina is a freehold waterfront community master-developed by Emaar, which started work here in 2000 (Gulf News). Towers line a man-made marina, with apartments and penthouses looking over the water, the sea and the skyline.
Emaar's community page highlights Dubai Marina Walk, Dubai Marina Mall and the Dubai Marina Yacht Club. New waterfront towers are still being added, such as Emaar's Marina Cove, Marina Shores and Vida Residences Dubai Marina.

- Foreign buyers can own freehold in Dubai's designated freehold areas. We confirm every unit's title and status with the Dubai Land Department before you pay anything.
- Budget for the one-off 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee. It is a purchase cost, not a yearly tax.
- Homes worth AED 2 million or more can qualify for the UAE 10-year Golden Visa, off-plan included. The authorities make the final decision.
